i’m supposed to be thinking about my future, but still wrapping up festival, so not much brain power on the future, YET, but this was good. lenny inteview with maria cornejo<\/a> (bolding my own) (i meant to quote her ages ago, because her general philosophy resonates for me, but i can’t find that article and it’s gone now into the brain ether):<\/p>\n

I think you have to do things that sit well with you, because life’s too short. It’s hard to live with yourself if you’re not happy with what you’re doing, or the way you’re doing things. I think that’s one of the things for me, is losing everything so young, and then losing my mother so young, and then losing my dad.<\/p>\n

People are important: the way you treat people, the way you behave with people.<\/strong> That’s one of the lessons I learned. I don’t want to work with people I don’t like. I don’t want to be in situations that I don’t feel comfortable in. Life’s too short. So you try and find like-minded people, and you surround yourself with them.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
