{"id":16821,"date":"2020-05-11T21:37:40","date_gmt":"2020-05-12T02:37:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bookbinderlocal455.com\/blog\/?p=16821"},"modified":"2020-05-12T18:03:23","modified_gmt":"2020-05-12T23:03:23","slug":"all-the-things-i-made-during-my-layoff-that-helped-add-some-cushion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bookbinderlocal455.com\/blog\/2020\/05\/11\/all-the-things-i-made-during-my-layoff-that-helped-add-some-cushion\/","title":{"rendered":"all the things i made during my layoff"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>WOULD MAKE AGAIN:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a href=\"https:\/\/bookbinderlocal455.com\/blog\/2013\/06\/30\/making-pats-salsa\/\">pat&#8217;s salsa<\/a> &#8212; still so great<\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bonappetit.com\/recipe\/banana-bread\">BA&#8217;s best banana bread<\/a>, as mentioned<\/li><li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.dinneralovestory.com\/banned-for-life\/\">snickerdoodles<\/a> &#8212; always +++<\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/cooking.nytimes.com\/recipes\/1012904-banana-everything-cookies?action=click&amp;module=RecipeBox&amp;pgType=recipebox-page&amp;region=recently-viewed&amp;rank=27\">banana everything cookies<\/a> &#8212; vegan and quite good! like a breakfast cookie<\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/cooking.nytimes.com\/recipes\/1014304-eleven-madison-park-granola?action=click&amp;module=RecipeBox&amp;pgType=recipebox-page&amp;region=recently-viewed&amp;rank=15\">eleven madison park granola<\/a> &#8212; this is my go-to granola, though i cut the salt, and don&#8217;t add cranberries, and ross thinks it&#8217;s too sweet, but i still think it&#8217;s [chef&#8217;s kiss] <\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bonappetit.com\/recipe\/simple-ribollita?mc_cid=98c1d60c10&amp;mc_eid=4befb7b2f3\">simple ribollita<\/a> &#8212; it was AWESOME! <\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/cooking.nytimes.com\/recipes\/1020223-via-carotas-insalata-verde?action=click&amp;module=RecipeBox&amp;pgType=recipebox-page&amp;region=recently-viewed&amp;rank=4\">via carota salad dressing<\/a>, i was rushing and it turned out pretty meh. but i blame meself and i&#8217;ll always love via carota everything. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>WOULD NOT PROB MAKE AGAIN:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bonappetit.com\/recipe\/bas-best-chocolate-chip-cookies\">BA&#8217;s best chocolate chip cookies<\/a>, but i don&#8217;t think i browned the butter right, so they were kind of not anything to repeat<\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bonappetit.com\/recipe\/bucatini-with-butter-roasted-tomato-sauce\">bucatini with butter-roasted tomato sauce <\/a>&#8212; first: i don&#8217;t like bucatini too much, and second: marcella hazan&#8217;s tomato sauce totally tops this by a million<\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/cooking.nytimes.com\/recipes\/1015694-vegan-thai-curry-vegetables?action=click&amp;module=RecipeBox&amp;pgType=recipebox-page&amp;region=recently-viewed&amp;rank=21\">vegan thai curry<\/a>  &#8212; very underwhelming, though we cut some corners with the curry paste  AND i diced the sweet potato too tiny. so it turned out a bit of a  flavorless mush. but who can i blame?
