BUT amid all the stress with mom (shattered shoulder, MIA care at her assisted living, fraud on her credit card, trying to schedule surgery\/care\/finish her taxes), somehow this week I haven\u2019t had a headache!!!! I\u2019m chalking it up to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>*a lot* of pasta for lunch, like, A LOT<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>my semi-gross, but protein-rich smoothies \u2014 for some reason I can\u2019t get the flavors right but I honestly don\u2019t care too much, they\u2019re merely a means to end<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>reintroduction of electrolyte water powder<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>return to vitamins!!!! Ugh I hate taking them to be honest <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>yin yoga?
