NOW SOME ANnOUNcEMenTs! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>every time <a href=\"https:\/\/www.imdb.com\/name\/nm0663177\/\">chris parnell<\/a> is on screen, i&#8217;m like, this guy is so good and so underrated. hear it now!!!!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>also let&#8217;s be real, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=iHMOmniowAE\">cher<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/bookbinderlocal455.com\/blog\/2016\/04\/22\/stanley-tucci-is-a-brat\/\">is<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.msn.com\/en-us\/music\/celebrity\/cher-78-rocks-the-snl-50th-anniversary-concert-in-a-skintight-bedazzled-bodysuit-and-leather-jacket-see-her-look\/ar-AA1z7Y0x#fullscreen\">unreal<\/a>. i will prob cry every time i hear &#8220;believe,&#8221; <em>moonstruck <\/em>remains genius.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>though i prefer seeing people with real old faces and not all that smooth tight stuff but to each their own<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>after watching all the SNL 50th docs, howard stern highlights with cast members, all-time best sketches, the radio city music hall concert, and the live 50th show last night &#8212; i&#8217;m a bit high on SNL<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>unrelated, i feel like i&#8217;ve run into so many older people that have bitterness or resentment&#8230; please don&#8217;t let me get dour about things <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>saw this in <a href=\"https:\/\/franmagazine.substack.com\/p\/fran-magazine-sunday-dispatch-feb-507?publication_id=58654&amp;post_id=157252471&amp;isFreemail=true&amp;r=f7j3&amp;triedRedirect=true\">fran magazine<\/a> about BRIDGET JONES: MAD ABOUT THE BOY and it hit me (bolding my own)<br><em>On surface level and in title alone, this seems like some typical Bridget Jones nonsense: she once again has to choose between two hot guys (Leo Woodall and Chiwetel Ejiofor \u2014 good work, these are two hot guys) for some reason and she continues to show up to work with bad hair because she is frazzled. Those aspects of the franchise, for lack of a better word, don\u2019t especially interest me but they don\u2019t piss me off either. I don\u2019t think the who-will-she-wind-up-withs of the Jonesiverse really tell us anything or show us anything compelling about this character or modern womanhood. What a relief, then, that this is so mismarketed \u2014 a much stranger movie than any of the previews or promotional material would let on. <strong>It\u2019s a romantic comedy that asks,&nbsp;<em>Does getting the guy do anything to prevent the slow and inevitable march of time or cruelty of the world?<\/em><\/strong>&nbsp;<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>HEY!
