oh no i’m listening to sheryl crow

• mike stabile wrote to us about listening to the best of sheryl crow and now i’m listening, too, and just cried at “leaving las vegas.” i guess the honest truth is that i would kind of love to see her play, and i will LITERALLY twist mike stabile’s arm into going with me.
• watched the power project, rate it positively, tho v violent. the lead gal is awesome and jamie foxx is legit fyne (freckles?!) and it’s always nice to see joseph gordon levitt
• first, it’s weird how you just live a long time. (period.) second, it’s weird how you make friends with so many people and it’s so great, then you move away or they move away and somehow they just leak away and you’re looking at pictures and you’re like, oh my god we were close and where is that person now and how could i let something important just leak away? i’m asking you. how could i let something important just leak away? third, it’s weird how you’re just you your whole life and you kind of get better but kind of not much, you kind of just are who you are your whole life. sunday blues clearly starting now-ish — but WAIT! the hockey game is on!!!! blues sliding backwards!
• ps everyone — honestly — the NBA, you must watch. as gerard said, “[it’s] active alteration rather than passive ‘lets get through this’.” it feels like a possible present/future.
