today

a few things:

• realize i overuse the word “great” (“it’s so great”)
• counted all the change in our change holders last night, we only have about $210, had hoped it would turn out to be a more explosive number like, “OH MY GOD WE HAVE $435 IN THESE CHANGE JARS, WE NEVER EVEN KNEW!” but it’s still 200 bones, $200 more than we thought we had, respekt
• that mark richardson article really made me feel alive and connected and reminded me about loving music and my music life. quitting my job has given me a bit of space to think about everything, and hopefully i’ll eventually come back to music and exploring it and stop exclusively listening to non-new and african music.
