i went to a holiday party last night and was sitting with four young ladies, all under the age 26, maybe under the age of 25???, and i don’t know if any of them know how old i am but i started feeling like a secret ancient person trying to camouflage in a field of daisies and one of them started talking about her parents, and mentioned they had her young, and i was like, please lord don’t let the parents be my age and then i was like, check please! (i.e., time to move to a new conversation)
