i’ve been a fan of saipua for so long — somehow i even got ballroom to hire them for flowers for the 2016 gala (insane if you think about it), which was so awesome (for me), not sure if it was awesome for them. anyway i love what sarah is reaching for and i’d like to think i’m reaching for something similar in my library journey. access and beauty for all (with humanity, realness, no posturing, minimum of bullshit).

Aspiration keeps us engaged to some extent, keeps us dreaming.

I clean my office out because in this experiment I can’t afford the distraction of clutter, watered down books, instagram, or people who drag me into that sort of place where comparison and trendiness rule the roost.
