• got my first bad yelp review, mentioned by name about my terrible customer service. very cool. i can’t stop thinking about it and going over what i did (i wrote him back IMMEDIATELY *twice* and was investigating his lost package but i couldn’t give him an immediate refund until i sorted it with USPS, which set him off, i guess?). i could go on but for what? honestly it’s made me think  humankind is maybe 90% selfish garbage (the daily’s episode about busing reconfirmed this).
