am i finally ready to discuss LOST

listen, i finished LOST. ross won’t talk about it with me (“who cares”), so i’ve had to comb articles and lostpedia (!) and basically try and process it (?) on its own. on my own, i mean. a couple thoughts:

1. why wasn’t there a LOST theme ride or park or meow wolf installation or something?! i mean, the bunkers were MADE for this kind of thing. #whynotnow #metacommentaryontime
2. were some of the depictions kind of racist? michael, mostly? a little bit sayid?
3. i cried 3-5 times during the show, against my will.
4. boring stuff i am compelled to document: my favorites were miles, hurley, desmond, jin, sun, and sawyer.
5. i really truly 100% loved it until the last few episodes when i decided no one actually knew what they were doing or why and they were just winging it and there was no real point to most of it. i had envisioned that they had started with a master plan, but at the end, you could tell they hadn’t, not really — but maybe that’s the ultimate commentary on life?!?!?!
