Just that, like, we HAVE to live. There’s nothing else to do here on Earth. Until we die, we must live. And if the world ends, then we’ll all be gone, so I wouldn’t worry about it too much???

started watching the NBA on friday and guys, it actually, legitimately is a balm for the soul. first: seeing “black lives matter” on the court, and all the players’ “black lives matter” shirts, is incredible. it feels like…real awareness? hope? second: sports announcers are so relaxing. third: basketball is awesome. fourth: i plan on having the NBA on in the background or not in the background as much as possible.

monday musings

• after all these years, it turns out that i don’t like the singer lee hazelwood’s voice AT ALL
• watched spiderman: far from home and rate tom holland v. charming
• also watched jaws for the first time — in my mind, it’s the prototypical summer blockbuster, but it’s more like moby dick, amirite?
• my blues persist
• speaking of, the st. louis blues play on wednesday and we’re stoked, though guessing it won’t last long (sports, playing, no sickness, etc. etc.)
