had a wellness blood test this week and got the results. things seem good-ish, but then this. :| not as concerned re: the blood pressure (though subconsciously yes) but the GD body fat is really not making my day (or that hip measurement, but what can i do!!!) (GD thighs been my curse since high school but still grateful for legs and thighs, even if they are big)
